- 1 c. unsifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1In large bowl, combine eggs and butter; beat slightly. Gradually beat in milk, flour and salt.

2Pour batter into 10 well-oiled custard cups.

3Place cups on baking sheet.

4Bake in oven 1 hour at 350° or until firm and brown.

5Makes 10 popovers.
