  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 jumbo eggs

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pout milk into medium size bowl. Add flour and salt. With a wire whisk, beat until well blended. Do not over beat. One at a time, add the eggs beating in each until completely blended. Pour batter into popover cups filling it 3/4 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 and continue baking 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy!
