- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Grease and flour popover pan.

2Pour milk into medium bowl. Add flour and salt.

3With whisk, beat until well mixed.

4Do not overbeat.

5Add eggs, one at a time and whisk in until blended. Pour batter into pan filling three-fourths full.

6Do not scrape bowl.

7Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

8Reduce oven to 325° and bake 20 minutes more or until golden.

9Makes 6 popovers.
