- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Sift flour and salt.

2Beat eggs.

3Add milk and stir gradually into flour to make a smooth batter.

4Beat thoroughly with eggbeater.

5Fill greased custard cups or heavy muffin pans 2/3 full.

6Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, then at 350° for 20 minutes. Makes 12 popovers.
