  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

    Sift flour and salt.

    Beat eggs.

    Add milk and stir gradually into flour to make a smooth batter.

    Beat thoroughly with eggbeater.

    Fill greased custard cups or heavy muffin pans 2/3 full.

    Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, then at 350° for 20 minutes. Makes 12 popovers.
