Directions

1Break egg in mixer bowl.

5Batter should be light, but not foamy.

6If batter becomes lumpy, strain it.

7Bake in preheated 400° oven.

8Oil custard cups or muffin tins.

9Fill 2/3 full.

10Bake about 30 minutes or until brown.
