- 2 eggs
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Generously grease (not oil) popover pans or deep custard cups.

3In small bowl beat eggs slightly.

4Add remaining ingredients and beat just until blended.

5(Do not overbeat.)

6Fill prepared cups half full (about 1/3 cup) or batter.

7Bake at 450° for 15 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 325° and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.

8Serve immediately.

9If desired, serve from baking cups.

10Makes 6 or 7 large popovers.
