- 2 eggs
- 1 c. Wondra flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Grease generously 6 (6 ounce) custard cups or 8 medium muffin cups.

3Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl.

4Stir in remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk just until smooth (do not overbeat).

5Fill custard cups 1/2 full or muffin cups full.

6Bake 25 minutes at 450°.

7Decrease oven temperature to 350°.

8Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown.

9Remove immediately from cups and serve hot.

10Makes 6 to 8 popovers.
