  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs (use substitute)
  • 1 c. reconstituted nonfat dry milk
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Grease muffin tins.

    Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.

    Fill tins slightly less than 1/2 full.

    Bake in preheated oven at 400° to 425° for 35 to 40 minutes.
