  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of Wasabi - you can use either fresh, powered or paste in a tube
  • 2 tablespoons Tobiko
  • Dash of salt and pepper

    {"0":"Cut eggs in half and remove yolks. Either mash the yolks through a strainer or use a food processor. If using a food processor, process until very fine and smooth. Combine with other ingredients by hand with a spoon so as to not break the Tobiko and mix very well. Using either a pastry bag or a spoon fill the eggsa wuth the egg mixture.
