- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 1 lb. Mozzarella or baby Swiss cheese
- 1 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. dry onion
Directions

1Slice bread at an angle (but not all the way through) from left to right, then right to left.

2Stuff cuts with cheese.

3Mix together remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer.

4Cover bottom and sides of bread with foil.

5Pour mixture over bread. Cover and bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
