  • 1 box butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 small box toasted coconut pudding (instant)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. poppy seed (I use some less)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. hot water

Directions

    Mix cake mix, coconut pudding, oil and eggs. Add poppy seed and hot water.
  2. 2
    Mix well and bake in 2 loaf pans 45 minutes at 325°.

    Adjust time if small pans are used.
