- 1 pkg. butter pecan cake mix (Betty Crocker)
- 1 pkg. toasted coconut pudding mix (Royal)
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Directions

1Preheat oven at 325°.

2Combine ingredients, starting with eggs.

3Add oil, then alternate small amounts of water and mixes until all is used.

4Add poppy seed.

5Pour into two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans that have been greased, and the bottoms lined with brown paper and greased again.

6Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
