Poppy Seed Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) box instant lemon pudding
  • 4 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Mix together dry ingredients, water and oil.

    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing each well.

    Pour into greased Bundt or angel food pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Cool.

    Do not invert. When cool, tap sides and remove from pan.

    Frost or glaze if desired.
