  • 1 (30 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 tsp. coconut extract

    Mix everything together for 4 minutes with electric blender. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in 2 greased bread pans lined with wax paper, or can be baked in Bundt pan.
