  • 4 whole Egg Yolks
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1-1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
