  • 1 pkg. Royal instant toasted coconut pudding (hard to find)
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/4 c. poppy seed
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Mix ingredients well; beat for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

    Bake at 325° for 50 minutes (or until top is not sticky but toasted).
