  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg. instant coconut cream or lemon pudding
  • 3 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 3 to 4 drops almond flavoring

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients. Add water and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Add flavoring and poppy seed.

    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
