Poppy Seed Cups

- 12 slices white bread
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- chicken, ham and/or tuna salad
Directions

1Trim the ends off bread slices.

2Arrange each slice of bread in the cup of a muffin pan to form a bread cup.

3Drizzle or brush butter on the edges of the bread and a small amount in the center of each cup.

4Sprinkle or spoon poppy seed onto the buttered bread edges.

5Toast in a hot oven at 425° until edges are brown.

6Cool and remove from the pan.

7Place chicken, ham, and/or tuna salad in each cup.

8Very pretty and delicious.
