- 1 medium zucchini, cut in julienne strips
- 1 small yellow squash, cut in julienne strips
- 1 1/2 c. jicama, cut in julienne strips (about 6 oz.)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. poppy seed
- 2 drops red pepper sauce
Directions

1Place steamer basket in 1/2-inch water (water should not touch bottom of basket).

2Place zucchini, yellow squash and jicama in basket.

3Cover tightly and heat to boiling for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain.

4Mix remaining ingredients; stir in vegetables.

5Makes 4 servings.
