  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. parsley

Directions

    Brown slowly, turning as they fry, then add 2 cans tomato soup or mushroom soup and 2 cans water.

    Bake, uncovered, in 400° oven for 35 minutes, then cover for 35 minutes.
