- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. tomato puree or soup
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix uncooked rice and meat with the seasonings.

2Shape into small balls.

3Place in deep baking dish and cover with the tomato puree.

4(A bay leaf, a small amount of onion, salt and pepper may be needed to season the tomato puree.) Bake at 350° for 60 to 80 minutes.
