- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 med. chopped onion OR 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can condensed Tomato soup OR Cream of Mushroom OR Cream of Celery soup
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Combine beef, rice, milk, onion, salt and pepper.

2Make into good sized balls and put in baking dish.

3Cover with soup and water.

4Bake covered in 350 degree oven for approximately 40 minutes or until done.
