  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
  • dash of oregano
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 soup can water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix every ingredient except soup and water.
