- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup rice regular, uncooked
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix the meat, rice, 1/2 cup of water, the onion and the seasonings.

2Shape the mixture by tablespoons into 1 1/2 inch balls.

3Place the meatballs in an ungreased baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.

4Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the meatballs.

5Cover and bake in a 350F (180C).

6oven for about 45 minutes.

7Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
