- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix thoroughly meat, rice, milk, egg, onion, celery and seasonings.

2Shape mixture into 1 1/2 to 2-inch balls.

3Place in one layer in casserole dish.

4Mix together the tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire sauce and pour over meat balls.

5Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.

6Good served with vegetable lasagne or cheese lasagne, packaged or homemade.
