- 2 lb. ground pork
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
Directions

1Brown ground pork and onion in skillet, stirring frequently. Add salt and pepper.

2Cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Separate cabbage into leaves.

3Add to pork mixture with 1 cup water.

4Steam, covered, for 5 minutes or until cabbage is tender-crisp.

5Stir in noodles.

6Simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.

7Yields 6 to 8 servings.
