  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • broth (1 can consomme or 3 bouillon cubes in 2 c. water)

    Brown pork chops.

    Combine rice, salt and broth.

    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Arrange pork chops on top of rice. Bake at 350° for one hour.
