- 3 lb. Boston butt
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. hickory smoke
- 4 Tbsp. red crushed pepper
- 1 small jar mustard
- 1 large bottle barbecue sauce
- 4 Tbsp. oregano
- 4 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 Tbsp. garlic powder
Directions

1In a large pot, cut up Boston butt; put in onion, vinegar, hickory smoke, oregano, cayenne pepper, red crushed pepper and garlic powder.

2Cover the Boston butt with water.

3Cook until tender.

4Drain the Boston butt and save.

5To this, add mustard and barbecue sauce and pour back over your Boston butt.
