- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. pork loin or pork butt, well cooked
- 1 c. broth (from cooked pork)
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. French's mustard
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. diced onion
Directions

1Cook pork in water and salt and pepper to taste.

2Remove pork when done and shred into small pieces.

3Set aside.

4Measure 1 cup broth and 1/4 cup onion into pot.

5Add ketchup, mustard, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.

6Add pork.

7Allow to simmer 15 to 20 minutes on low heat until onions are done.
