- 2 cans sauerkraut
- 6 thick cut lean pork chops
- 1 lb. hot sausage, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1/2 bar cream cheese
- 1 c. white raisin dill seasoning
- Tabasco hot sauce to taste
Directions

1Wash and drain sauerkraut in a heavy pot.

2Fry the chops and sausage until well done.

3Set aside, pouring out fat, but don't wash pot.

4Add sauerkraut and all other ingredients, stirring well.

5Mix in sausage.

6Lay chops over the rest in the pot, arranging layers.

7Simmer on the top of the stove for 1 hour or more.

8(Do not use salt.)
