  • Green bell pepper or roasted poblano
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 15 oz black beans
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes (with green chilies)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
