  • 6 pork chops, browned
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 24 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • onion rings

Directions

    Mix together soup, milk and sour cream with thawed hash browns. Put into 9 x 13-inch pan; put pork chops on top.

    Cover with cheese and onion rings.

    Bake 40 minutes at 350°.

    Remove from oven and put more cheese and onion rings on top.

    Bake 5 minutes more.
