  • 4 1/2-inch boneless pork chops
  • 4 to 6 medium thin-sliced peeled potatoes
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion-mushroom recipe soup mix
  • 1 3/4 c. hot water

Directions

    In skillet brown pork chops; drain.

    In greased 2-quart baking dish arrange potatoes, then pork chops.

    Add onion if like, then add soup mix thoroughly blended with water.

    Bake, covered, 1 hour or until potatoes are tender (350°).
