  • 6 pork chops (1 inch thick)
  • 4 medium potatoes (uncooked), peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Directions

    Brown pork chops; drain on paper towels.

    In a buttered baking dish arrange potatoes and pork chops.

    In a small bowl, combine water and soup mix; pour over meat and potatoes.

    Cover with foil. Bake 1 1/4 hours in 350° oven.
