  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 or 2 sliced carrots
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 or 4 medium sliced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    In baking dish, place sliced potatoes, carrots and onion. Salt and pepper pork chops.

    Place on top of vegetables.

    Top with soup.
  4. 4
    Add 1/2 can of water. Bake in a 325° oven about 1 1/2 hours.
