- 1 1/2 c. dry lima beans
- 4 c. boiling water
- salt to taste
- 4 pork chops
- pepper
- 2 slices onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
Directions

1Soak and cook limas until nearly done (tender).

2Salt and brown chops on both sides.

3Drain off excess fat.

4Drain cooked limas and add to chops.

5Cover with onion slices.

6Mix soup and milk.

7Pour over all.

8Sprinkle with seeds.

9Bake at 375°, uncovered, at least one hour or until chops are tender.
