- 6 pork chops
- 1 c. carrots, sliced thin diagonally
- generous dash rubbed sage
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
Directions

1Brown chops and drain off fat.

2Stir in soup, water, carrots, onion and sage.

3Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

4Add green pepper and cook 15 minutes more or until done.
