- 4 loin pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. Minute rice, uncooked
- 1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Brown pork chops on both sides in 10-inch skillet.

2Put one thin slice of onion on each chop, also one ring of pepper on each chop.

3Add 1 tablespoon of Minute rice to the center of pepper ring.

4Divide the stewed tomatoes into 4 parts adding one over each chop.

5Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
