- 4 pork chops
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Mix flour and bread crumbs.

2Dip pork chops in mixture; brown in oil until golden brown.

3Remove chops from pan.

4Add cream of mushroom and onion soup with 2 cans of water; bring to a boil. Place pork chops in casserole dish; cover with gravy.

5Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on thickness.
