  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream-style corn (15 1/4 oz.)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (15 1/4 oz.), drained
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 4 slices cubed white bread
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 to 6 pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
  • additional salt and paprika

Directions

    In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, corn, butter, celery, onions, bread cubes, paprika, salt and pepper.

    Spoon into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

    Arrange pork chops over dressing.

    Sprinkle with additional paprika and salt.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Uncover and bake 30 minutes or until chops are tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
