- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can cream-style corn (15 1/4 oz.)
- 1 can whole kernel corn (15 1/4 oz.), drained
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 4 slices cubed white bread
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 to 6 pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- additional salt and paprika
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, corn, butter, celery, onions, bread cubes, paprika, salt and pepper.

2Spoon into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

3Arrange pork chops over dressing.

4Sprinkle with additional paprika and salt.

5Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

6Uncover and bake 30 minutes or until chops are tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
