- 4 pork chops
- 3/4 c. rice
- 3 c. chopped tomatoes, canned
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Trim pork chops, salt and pepper and flour them.

2Saute chops in oil until brown.

3Remove from pan.

4Add onion and green pepper to pan; saute until tender.

5Add tomatoes and rice; season to taste.

6Place pork chops on top.

7Cover and simmer 1 hour.
