- 4 pork chops
- 3 c. bread cubes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Brown chops on both sides; place in shallow baking dish. Lightly mix together bread cubes, onions, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning.

2Place a mound of stuffing on each chop.

3Blend soup and 1/3 cup water; pour over.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tender.
