- 1 can onion soup
Directions

1Make mixture of flour, salt, pepper and sage to taste.

2Roll pork chops in this mixture and brown in oil.

3After browning place the pork chops in a covered baking dish.

4To the pan drippings add several tbsp of the flour mixture; brown the flour mixture and add can of onion soup and one can water.

5Bring to boil.

6Pour over pork chops, then bake at 325° for one hour.

7When done you have a delicious gravy for potatoes or rice.
