- 6 pork chops
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper (optional)
- 1 tomato (optional)
Directions

1Brown pork chops in a nonstick skillet.

2Dissolve bouillon in cup of warm water.

3Put rice mixed with mushroom soup and 1/2 cup bouillon into a casserole dish (13 x 8-inch) that has been sprayed with a vegetable spray.

4Place pork chops on top of rice mixture. Garnish each chop with slices of onion.

5Add pepper rings and tomato slices, if desired.

6Cover with foil and bake one hour at 350°.
