- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 green pepper, cut in 6 rings
- chili sauce
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown in large skillet over medium heat.

3Spread bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with rice and with browned chops.

4On each chop, arrange green pepper ring with heaping teaspoon of chili sauce.
