- 6 pork chops, cut 1/2-inch thick
- 1 large onion, cut into 6 slices
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lemon, cut in 6 slices
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
Directions

1Arrange chops in single layer in a shallow baking dish; sprinkle with salt.

2Place an onion slice, then a lemon slice on top of each.

3Stir brown sugar into chili sauce in a small bowl; spoon over chops.

4Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.

5Uncover; bake an additional 15 minutes, or until chops are tender.
