Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 3/4 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Rub chops with sage and salt.

2Brown in hot shortening. Drain.

3Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.

4Add bouillon and onions to pork chops.

5Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

6Place pork chops on serving platter.

7Combine sour cream, flour and parsley flakes in separate bowl.

8Slowly add meat drippings.

9Return this mixture to skillet.

10Cook and stir until desired consistency. Serve over chops.
