  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. rice (uncooked)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Rinse rice and drain.

    Place in bottom of baking dish. Combine soup, water, broth, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Place pork chops on rice.

    Pour soup mixture over chops.

    Bake at 450° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chops and rice are done.
