  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 1/2 c. finely chopped pork or chicken
  • 1/3 c. shredded carrot
  • 1/4 c. coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 large pita bread or 8 slices bread
