Pork Cutlets Diane

- 1 lb. pork, cut across the grain into 8 cutlets (may also use pork chops)
- 2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
Directions

1Press each cutlet into 1-inch thickness.

2Sprinkle surfaces of cutlets with lemon pepper.

3Heat butter in heavy skillet and cook cutlets 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

4Remove meat to warm serving platter.

5Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to skillet.

6Cook, stirring with pan juices, until heated through. Pour sauce over the meat.

7Sprinkle with parsley.
